1. Xinli Company established an internal business school to empower future development through talent cultivation

 

At 6:00 PM on August 13,2025, Xinli Company convened a meeting in its first-floor conference hall to officially launch its internal business school and kick off the August 2025 sharing sessions. Hosted by President Chen, the gathering brought together key department leaders to discuss strategic priorities including business school development, new factory planning, and talent cultivation initiatives. These discussions aimed to establish a solid foundation for the company's talent development and long-term growth strategy.

 

II. Business School Launch: Establish rules, build system, and create fertile ground for growth

Furthermore, the company has established the "Four Non-Teaching Principles": Employees who fail to pursue self-improvement, demonstrate insufficient post-learning practice, neglect post-practice reflection, or show no measurable growth will have their development resources suspended. President Chen emphasized that the school is committed to "supporting only those genuinely seeking growth." Currently, the business school has assembled a multidisciplinary mentorship team, with President Chen personally serving as dean.

III. New plant planning: 30 mu industrial park, carrying capacity and dreams

 

Mr.Chen introduced the planning of the new factory in Huaiji: covering an area of 30 mu, the first phase will be built with a building of 20,000 square meters, including three sections:

Production and research area: 4 floors of production workshop, including 3200 square meters of injection workshop, spraying workshop and special project area, with R&D center and testing laboratory;

Office display area: Floors 1-3 are multi-project exhibition halls, and floors 4-5 are offices of various functional departments to realize "integration of production and research";

Living area: garden-style living area, shared restaurant, 4-room dormitory (bed upstairs and table downstairs) and leisure park are provided to create a "work + life" environment.

Mr.Chen said that the new factory is a talent growth platform, providing development space for employees.

 

Fourth, all staff work together: set goals, grow together, and write a progress answer sheet

Business school members align their career development with specific roles: The Quality Department focuses on "professional skills and communication abilities" to reduce product defect rates; the Business Department aims to enhance "technical expertise and team leadership" to better serve clients and secure orders; frontline positions emphasize core competencies like process refinement, while some prioritize developing soft skills.

General comment by Chen: Emphasize that quality positions are "black or white"; encourage speakers to "be shameless, not afraid of mistakes and recite more"; suggest using "time capsule" to record growth.

Mr.Chen said that this conference is the launch and strategic declaration of the business school. "The future of the enterprise lies in the growth of employees", Xinli will take the business school as a link to promote talent cultivation and new factory construction, and move towards the goal of "capacity upgrading, team excellence and industry leadership".
