Mr.Wu declared August as "Quality Month," pledging to collaborate with the Quality Department and management team in establishing specialized systems to enhance quality from the source. "We will show zero tolerance for those who contradict our corporate values or neglect quality standards," he declared with resolute conviction, which galvanized all employees' determination to improve quality. When asked, "Are you confident about quality improvement this August?" the entire assembly responded with resounding "Yes!" – a collective pledge that united Xinli People in their shared commitment.

Chen Dong took the theme of "quality" and emphasized that "quality is not controlled by leaders, but made by every frontline employee." Taking the die casting workshop as an example, he improved the accuracy of data through the "learning pay" mechanism, which proved the truth that "you can only cherish what you pay for."
When discussing the balance between quality and cost, Chairman Chen emphasized: "While we don't pursue excessive perfection, maintaining quality standards remains non-negotiable. The full inspection process will be progressively streamlined, transitioning from 100% coverage to 30% coverage – provided each production stage maintains strict quality control to eliminate redundant efforts." He specifically highlighted the improvement plan for commercial products, mandating a 50% reduction in labor costs as a driving force for process optimization.
"Strict is love, loose is harm." Mr.Chen encourages employees to take the initiative to learn and invites those who want to improve their abilities to apply for the personnel department. "We should not only grow in income, but also in technology, management and cognition."
